Registration Info

WE’RE COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS UNTIL SUMMER CAMP…

Registration begins on:

November 19th at Noon for Returning Families

November 20th at Noon for New Families

Registering for Summer Camp:

  • Registration for Summer Camp is through our Online platform. At the time of registration, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due for each camper, and must be paid online with a credit/debit card. The remaining balance can be paid online via credit or debit card, or you may mail a check to Camp Gray. Full balance is due by May 1, 2025.
  • When you enroll your child in our program, you are reserving space, time, meals, supplies, and staffing whether or not your camper attends the program. Your registration helps us continue to make plans and prepare for next summer. We are grateful for your trust. The $100 deposit is not refundable after registration has been confirmed. The balance of fees paid will be refunded if the camper does not attend camp due to illness or injury. In all other instances, no refund of camp fees will be given unless notice of cancellation is given to Camp Gray by May 1st. A prorated portion of the fee will be refunded if the camper is sent home from camp due to illness or injury. A refund will not be made for a remaining period of two days or less. If a camper leaves early due to homesickness, disciplinary reasons, or parent request, no refund will be given.
  • If you reside outside of the Diocese of Madison an additional $50 fee will be attached to each registration.
  • NEW to Summer 2025 – we have absorbed our Email Service into Camper Registration fee (at no increase to the cost of Summer Camp). This means that all campers will be registered for the email service this year and you do not need to add the email service on to your registration at any point. Learn more on our FAQ page.
  • Financial aid is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is based on need. Financial aid application window is open from November 1st – November 10th. Learn more about financial aid here!
  • Check out our session chart to see what sessions are available. To see live availability, log into our online platform to see what spaces are still available.
  • After completing your registration, you will receive via email a complete informational packet containing:
  • Registration receipt
  • An email containing important information such as a packing list and a link for the frequently asked questions page on our website (this includes arrival/pickup times, and other helpful information to prepare your child for camp!)
  • After you register your camper online, you may visit your account at any time to review options and verify registered youth camp sessions.
  • Summer Camp is a great place to meet new friends, so we encourage coming alone or with only one or two friends! Camp Gray will honor up to two reciprocal cabin mate requests. Please indicate requests for cabin mates on the registration form at the time of registration. Please note that cabin mate requests will only be honored if both campers are in the same age group, gender, and program (please communicate with the family of your friend request to ensure that both campers request each other on their respective application forms, and independently register for the same session before it fills).
