Camp Gray is the perfect setting for your retreat and group meeting needs. With many improved spaces for presentations, talks, and events, you will be sure to find something that fits your needs. Take a look at some of our spaces below to get a sense of what Camp Gray can offer you.

We accept retreat groups from Wednesday through Sunday. If your group falls outside of that timeframe please reach out and we can have a conversation about how Camp Gray can still serve your needs.

St. Francis of Assisi Chapel

The St. Francis of Assisi Chapel is a beautiful, simple space set in the middle of the woods. It was recently expanded to now hold 250 people and has four Confessionals.

St. John Paul II Dining Hall

The St. John Paul II Dining Hall is a wonderful setting for meetings, events, and talks. The main dining room can fit over 200 people at tables made from wood milled on-site. There are three other meeting rooms throughout the building: 1) Cafe Gray (pictured below) is a smaller dining room for perfect for small group meetings and more intimate meals. It can hold 25 for meals and 40 for a presentation. 2) Alumni Room: (pictured below) is a space perfect for group gatherings and talks. It can hold 60 people for presentations. 3) The Rec Room is a large open room that is perfect for group games or for larger talks.

The Ark Gymnasium

The Ark Gymnasium is an award winning facility that incorporates wood from our very own Camp Gray pines. It boasts a regulation sized high school basketball court with two volleyball courts and a 40′ indoor climbing wall with three auto-belays. There is also a front meeting room complete with projector and screen for presentations.

St. Vincent Retreat Center

The St. Vincent Retreat Center is the largest winterized dwelling at Camp Gray. There are two wings that hold 3 large rooms which each sleep 12 people. There are also three smaller rooms throughout that hold 4-6 people each. In total, the St. Vincent Retreat Center can sleep 84 with bathroom and shower facilities connected to a central lobby.

St. Raphael Lodge

The St. Raphael Lodge is a great place to stay for those looking to cook for themselves. There are two wings each with a large room that can sleep 16 bringing the total capacity to 32. Bathroom and shower facilities are located next to each room. There is a gathering space with a kitchen and fireplace in between the two sleeping rooms.

Karsten Hall

Karsten Hall is a larger meeting room that can hold up to 60 people. The room is equipped with a large TV that can be used for presentations or movie nights.
