By: David Earleywine ‘Tis the season for turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. ‘Tis the season for Thanksgiving. And with Thanksgiving comes thanksgivings. When I was hired as a counselor, I had never been to Camp Gray. I didn’t even grow up going to summer camp, so when I first arrived in June of 2009, I really didn’t know what to expect.

Howdy friends!

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Camp Gray Blog!

On this day, in lieu of posting a new 700-4000 word story, I’m re-posting (for the third time!) a blog from 2010. Yes indeed, this is a blast from the past!

Many people have wondered over the years how Camp’s SaLT Missionaries and Summer Camp staffers stay motivated to impact the lives of countless youth at Camp Gray…
