Rental Rates

If you are a school or church group and Camp Gray staff is facilitating your entire retreat, such as an Environmental Stewardship, leadership, or Confirmation  retreat, please go to the special Facilitated Program Rates Page >>

*note:  Due to Summer Camp, there are no rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Lodging and Daytime Rates:

For all lodging, children 2-10 stay for half price, and children under 2 stay free. Rental of any of these facilities includes shared use of the St. Francis of Assisi Chapel, Karsten Hall, Pavilion, and Shower house.

Daytime Rate: $12.00/day

(applies only to individuals not staying overnight)
Firewood is available at campsites and buildings with fireplaces.
*Inquire about rates for non-profit groups.

Food Service Rates:

Available by reservation, rates are per person, per meal.

• A minimum of twenty (25) people is required for Camp Gray to provide meal service.  If you would like Camp Gray to provide your meals and your group numbers less than 25, we can certainly accommodate your request.  Please note: you will be charged the equivalent rate for the 25-person minimum in such an instance.

• Children under age 2 – no charge
